Sonoma Raceway partners with the Conservation Corps North Bay (CCNB) to collect more than five tons of material throughout race weekends, including aluminum, glass, plastic and mixed material. The mission of the CCNB is to develop youth and conserve natural resources for a strong, sustainable community. Conservation Corps North Bay provides a diverse group of youth and young adults with opportunities to transform their lives through education, employability, civic engagement, and leadership. Sonoma Raceway and CCNB have partnered on the raceway’s recycling program since 2009 and together have collected more than 402 tons of material since the inception of the recycling program.
